Modern Slavery Statement
This statement is made by Traversally Services Limited ("Traversally", "we", "us" or "our") to set out the steps we take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chains.
Traversally is below the £36 million turnover threshold at which a statement is mandatory under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We publish this statement voluntarily because we are committed to acting ethically, with integrity, and with respect for human rights in all of our relationships.
Our organisation
Traversally Services Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16421318), with its registered office at GM Digital Security Hub (DiSH), Heron House, 47 Lloyd Street, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England, M2 5LN. We provide AI leadership, governance, and delivery services to organisations.
Our structure and supply chains
We are a small, founder-led consultancy supported by a trusted network of specialists and delivery partners. Our supply chain is limited and consists mainly of professional service providers, technology and cloud platforms, and independent specialist consultants engaged to support client work. We consider the risk of modern slavery within our business and this supply chain to be low.
Our commitment
We have zero tolerance for slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking. We are committed to:
- acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships;
- treating everyone we work with fairly and with respect;
- engaging suppliers, partners and associates who share our values and standards; and
- upholding applicable employment, human rights, and anti-slavery laws.
Due diligence and the steps we take
- We work with a curated network of known and trusted specialists and delivery partners.
- We expect our suppliers and partners to comply with all applicable laws, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
- We keep our supplier and partner relationships under review and will raise and address any concerns identified.
- We will strengthen our checks and processes proportionately as the business grows.
Review and approval
This statement reflects our commitment for our current financial year and will be reviewed and updated annually. It has been approved by the directors of Traversally Services Limited.
